Once you have chosen your vehicle and dates, please complete the below Booking Form which will provisionally reserve the dates you want.  We will be in touch with you shortly to assist you further with your booking.  

When we contact you, we will require a 25% deposit to complete your booking. This can be paid by debit, credit card or by bank transfer.

Once we have contacted you, you will be asked to supply the following (please note that all bookings are subject to supply and acceptance of this information):

• A clear, legible copy of your photo card Driving Licence (address and ID must be up to date).
• A clear, legible copy of your Passport.
• 2 x proof of address (showing your name and address) such as a utility bill, bank statement, official letter, council tax bill dated within the last 90 days. 
• Details of any endorsements/penalty points for UK driving licences are now kept online. Each driver will need to visit gov.uk/view-driving-licence to create a licence check code.  Please send us a copy of this code.  We may need to refer to our insurance company for approval if you have 6 points or more on your licence.
